Topographically, and culturally, northeast India is distinct from other parts of the nation. This 7 Days itinerary offers tourists the best of north-eastern India. The major regions covered by the trip are Bagdogra, Gangtok, Tsomgo, Kalimpong and Darjeeling. This hill station tour in north east is great for nature lovers and those looking with their loved ones for a serene holiday.
Arrive at the airport and from there get transferred to Darjeeling which is your first stop on this tour. On arrival, check into the hotel and rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Early morning visit Tiger Hills to catch the view of sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak. Later drive back to the hotel and enroute visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast, proceed for guided tour of Darjeeling where you will visit places like Japanese Temple, Peace agoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and Himalyan Mountaineering Institute. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Gangtok. Enroute you can enjoy river rafting( at your own cost). On arrival, check into the hotel and rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Enjoy your breakfast and begin your full day sightseeing tour around the capital city of Sikkim. You will cover major places like Chortan, Institute of Tibetology, Institute of handicrafts and handbooks, ranka monastery and jakkhri water falls. Later in the evening enjoy shopping and return back to the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for half day trip to Tsomgo Lake which is situated only 39 kms from Gangtok city. The lake is considered to be sacred by the people and later on visit baba mandir. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Kalimpong and on arrival check in at the hotel. Rest for a while and proceed for half day sightseeing tour which includes places like Kalimpong Durpin Dara (view point), Zong Dog Palri Fo-Brang Monastery, Flower & Orchid Nurseries, Dello Hills. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Today, your tour will come to an end and you will be transferred to Bagdogra. From there board flight for your onward destination.

Chardham Yatra September 2023 My wife and I have just completed the Chardham Yatra. This was planned for us by Mr.Jugmohan of Tra-Eminent India Tours. This company was recommended to us by a colleague who had been on a similar tour. The choice of hotels with good food and facilities, suited our budget. More importantly we felt very comfortable and safe in the Toyota Innova, provided with an experienced driver who was very familiar with the roads. We did manage to make our way without much delay through many land slides and construction works. Sadly we did not manage to get helicopter tickets and had to use ponies. Best Jyotirlinga Tour. My husband and i have just completed 8 jyotirlinga tour with Ayodhya and 5 days Rajasthan leisure tour organized by Tra eminent. The meticulously planned journey was drawn out by Jugmohan Gulati. A very budget friendly tour with best facilities . There was no delay ,driver and wherever necessary guide received us at our destination. we felt very safe with the most experienced drivers especially drive to Bhimashankar where it was foggy on our return from the Darshan. North India Tour. Our trip in 2018 of north India did not go according to plan. We were scheduled to visit kedarnath mandir on the opening day in May 2018. On arrival we were advised that the mandir will remain closed to the public on the first day, due to the PM of India visiting on the first day. As a result of this and poor weather conditions no helicopter tickets were not available. We were forced to change our itinerary. With the help of Sunny of Tra-eminent India Tours we were able to do this. Sunny went the extra mile to reschedule our itinerary so that we completed our holiday. As a tourist we are always concerned about all going according to plan. It is assuring to note that this company delivers on their promises. What was nice about Sunny is that he keeps in contact with his guests making sure that all is well.
